“ We have tried this restaurant before and had very good experience with the food always. Recently we decided to give it a quick try for dinner while we were in downtown Whitby. The restaurant is nicely decorated and clean. The ambience is awesome and you would feel good as soon as you enter. It's not very crowded at most of the times as people prefer takeout nowadays, mostly after Covid. So you would definitely get a place to sit with your family if you plan to dine in. We went it and checked the menu and sat for our order to be taken. The restaurant seemed to be more famous for takeouts as lot of people and food delivery apps kept coming for pickups. We were attended shortly by a lovely server with a smiling face who was patient enough to hear out and suggest dishes based on our requirements. We finally went with ordering Amravati Chicken and few butter naans. He was straight forward with the dish being spicy and we ended up making it medium spicy. Glad we did. The food was extremely good and we felt it had the same taste as we are used to in India. Quantity did justice to the price we paid for the dish. Naans were soft. We enjoyed the dinner to the fullest. We now have a favorite restaurant in Whitby and would love to try all the dishes at different occasions. They also have free parking available at the plaza. If you don't find one, I would recommend to wait for sometime as lot of cars are there just to pick up. They also have clean washrooms for your use. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone wanting to try Indian dishes and you will not be disappointed. ”
“ The place is small and looks like a normal spot for a quick bite. If you can look past the setting and set up. The food is delicious, with authentic taste. The portion is also good and a good place with to have a bite with real indian cuisine. When they say spicy, they mean it. The hot and sour soup had a spice, which was amazing. The chicken and cottage cheese (paneer) was also great. The staff and owners provided us with desert as a thank you, which we were very grateful for. Thank you for doing all you did. They main stream delivery but its also good to stop in for a bite ”
